Grotto began with a simple idea: to create place where wellness is a part of everyday life—where you can soak, sweat, slow down, and connect with the people around you.
Inspired by bathing traditions from around the world and the laid-back, community-centered spirit of Fairfax, we set out to transform an old bank into a modern local bathhouse.
More than a spa, Grotto was created as a gathering place built around warmth, water, and community.
Inside Grotto, guests will find a hot spa, warm relaxation pool, cold plunge, sauna, steam room, showers, and spaces to rest between rounds of heat and water.
We’ll also offer massage and other treatments, along with day passes, local discounts, and memberships for those who want to make Grotto part of their regular weekly or daily routine.
