Thank you for supporting Fairfax’s first bathhouse! Your presale membership or perk helps us bring this vision to life. Please note: these are advance perks, not investments. While we are working hard to open in 2026, there’s no absolute guarantee — so your support is truly a gift of trust.

  • No ownership, equity, profit share, or financial return is being offered or implied.
• Perks & Memberships
  • Contributions are exchanged for the perks, memberships, or experiences described at checkout.
  • The value and availability of perks are limited to what is specified.
• No Guarantee of Opening
  • We are in the process of building and opening the bathhouse. While it is our sincere intention to complete the project, there is no guarantee that the business will open.
  • In the event the bathhouse does not open, your contribution may not be refundable.
• Risk Acknowledgment
  • You understand that delays, regulatory approvals, financing, construction, and other factors may affect the project.
  • By contributing, you accept these risks.
• Use of Funds
  • Contributions will be used at the discretion of the founders for costs associated with developing and launching the bathhouse.

• Project Changes & Flexibility
  The final location, layout, amenities, programming, and operating details of the bathhouse may evolve during development.

  While we intend to deliver experiences that align with the spirit and value of the perks described, specific features or offerings may change based on feasibility, regulatory requirements, or design decisions.

  In the event of changes, we may substitute perks with experiences of comparable value.

Delivery of Perks

• You will receive a confirmation receipt email immediately after purchase, and your electronic pass(es) will be activated and redeemable once the bathhouse officially opens. Please present emailed receipt to front desk staff to receive entry.

Estimated Timing

• Our current target opening date is Late 2026. Actual delivery dates may vary based on construction, permitting, and business factors.
• If the opening is delayed, your passes remain valid and will be honored when operations begin.

Non-Refundable

• Contributions are considered presales in support of the bathhouse project. If the bathhouse does not open, perks may not be refundable (see Contribution Policy & Terms).
